Our family paint fundraising program offers a fun experience for parents and students to build community and bond while raising funds for your school.
How it works:
Because family paint fundraisers are large, weekday events, we offer tickets to your school at a discounted rate. Your school sells tickets at the regular rate and keeps the difference. Our price per participant is $20, however we suggest you sell tickets in pairs so that parents are encouraged to paint with their child. See the chart below for suggested pricing.
1.5 hours of instruction from a credentialed art teacher.
11"x 14" canvases for all.
Art supplies including paint, paint brushes, easels, water cups and paper towels.
Signature table setup where artists can sign their work with metallic sharpies.
Setup of easy online ticketing via Eventbrite.*
Digital copy of marketing flyers to post online or pass out at the school.
*optional, the school may opt to manage ticket sales. Eventbrite fees are passed to ticket buyer.
What Does the School Provide?
Space: Gym or MPR space with hard floors (not carpet), seating, and covered tables.
Marketing: Complementary Colors will support you by providing standard PDF fliers to promote the event. We also recommend creating a Facebook event to post to your school's page, and making Complementary Colors Art Studio a co-host.
Volunteers: 2-3 volunteers to assist with setup and support check in.
Concessions: You may also choose to sell snacks to boost your event earnings.
